Viewing Users Attached to Roles

Each Role record has a Users tab where all persons attached to the role can be viewed.

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab > Setup and Policy > Setup.
  2. In the User Management section, click Roles.
  3. Click the Role link of the record to be accessed.
    Result: The Detail tab of the Role record is displayed.
  4. Click the Users tab.
  5. Click the Select User drop down arrow and select Person.
    Result: All persons attached to the role are listed.
